Negotiations - May 17
The PRPE Negotiations team met with the District representatives on Monday, May 17, 2010. The district reiterated their initial proposal for negotiations as presented to the Board of Trustees on March 23, 2010.
District’s Sunshine Proposals:
Article 3 – Salary
For the 2010 -2011 and 2011-2012 school years no change to the salary schedule and suspend all stipends
Article 4 – Health Benefits
For the 2010-2011 and the 2011-2012 school years the Health Benefit Cap for a full time employee shall remain at $9,392 and fully fund Choice #2 for all retirees
Article 8 – Evaluation Procedure
Incorporate standards based evaluation process
Article 11 – School Calendar/Work Year
Including furlough days
Article 15 – Peer Assistance and Review Program
