The district administration asserts that nothing has changed in the evaluation process, however, your PRPE Negotiations Team believes unilateral changes have been made. The information you submit will be used to file site level grievances.  If you are on cycle, please fill in and return this form to your PRPE site representative by November 4, 2011.  Thank you.
