11/4/11 – I attended the all day negotiations session with the district.

11/7/11 – I met with Paulette Pahler (Director of Alternative Education) about discipline for a teacher.  I met with Randy Nelson (Principal of PRHS) about an issue between two high school teachers.  I attended the regular PRPE Executive Board and Site Representative Council meeting.

 11/10/11 – I attended the regular PRPE/PRJUSD communications meeting to discuss issues raised at the regular PRPE meeting.

 11/15/11 – I attended a grievance planning meeting related to the new evaluation process.

 11/16/11 – I attended a grievance mediation meeting with a state mediator, teacher grievants and district representatives.

 11/18/11 – I attended a demand to bargain negotiations meeting with district representatives and members of the PRPE negotiations Team concerning the new ASES supplemental instruction grant at three PRPS elementary schools (VP, WP and BS).  We reached a side letter agreement with the district.

 11/21/11 – I met with a teacher and the director of personnel about a complaint.

 11/23/11 – I attended a follow up meeting concerning the 11/21 complaint.

 11/29/11 – I consulted with our CTA Primary Contact Staff person and our CFT lawyer Jeff Boxer about current grievances and other issues.
