12/5/11 – I attended the PRPE General/Executive/Site Representatives meeting.

 12/6/11 – I met with the CFT Field representative, Shannon Willson, about grievances and complaints. 

 12/9/11 – I met with CFT Attorney, Jeff Boxer, and an affected teacher about grievances and complaints. I also met with district representatives, the PRPE negotiations chair and an affected teacher in a mediation session with a state mediator about an ongoing grievance.

 12/13/11 – I consulted with two teachers about an issue related to student records.

 12/15/11- I discussed an ongoing grievance with the affected teacher.

 12/16/11 – I consulted with a CFT lawyer and the district about a grievance resolution. I filed a Level 1 Grievance concerning improperly applied discipline.
